Over the last few years, JMA's commercial portfolio has grown to encompass concept stores, care homes, and youth hostels. Our retail and hospitality services work with retail brands such as Burberry and Jo Malone to bring their vision to life and transform complex spaces through innovative solutions. ■ Technical Drawings
We provide detailed technical drawings for joinery and bespoke fittings, whether you're bringing your own design concepts or looking for a fresh, original approach. Our team can work closely with you to develop precise, build-ready solutions that align with your vision and meet the highest standards of craftsmanship
■ Interior Design
We have experience working with several brands designing interiors. We will have a series of meetings where we will work with you to define your project schedule.
■ Visualisation and 3D Modelling
Photo-realistic 3D visualisation and 3D modelling transforms an idea or 2D design into an easy-to-understand, high-impact image that enables clients to view and understand their design in a more tangible way. Mechanical services, architectural details or concept designs can be created in any varying measure of detail, from a basic `clay’ type image to full photo-realistic detail with texture and depth. This technology helps to brings the design to life and enables you to visualise the impact of the design in the existing surroundings.
■ Visual Merchandising
Visual merchandising is a marketing practice that uses floor plans, colour, lighting, displays, technology, and other elements to attract customer attention. Its ultimate purpose is to use the retail space to generate more sales by making a store stand out and attracting shoppers.
■ Planning and Building Control
We will work with you to submit your planning applications and secure building control approval. Planning permission deals with the appearance of the proposal and the effect it will have on neighbouring properties and the general environment while Building Regulations/Building Control Approval deals with the technical and constructional details of building works to ensure the health and safety of people in and around the building.
■ Exhibition Design
We have experience working with curators and artists to design exhibitions. We will work with you to create innovative and appealing display stands that meet aesthetic, budgetary, and practical requirements. Exhibition display designers can work on a variety of projects, from local museum exhibitions to large public exhibitions.
